Meet Dr. Gianna Camejo-Garin
Dr. Gianna Camejo-Garin has been involved in dentistry since 1995. She is a graduate of the Universidad de la Habana in Cuba in 2000 and she went on to further her education at the Universidad de Chile in Chile where she graduated as a Dental Surgeon. After spending 4 years practicing in Chile, she attended the New York University College of Dentistry and received her D.D.S. in 2011.
She has continued post-graduate training, offering to her patients the best technology and updated treatment options in the dental field. Since graduation, she has been working in different dental settings treating many different conditions and patients of all ages.Ā Dr. Camejo-Garin has worked in Cuba, Chile, and the United States and is fluent in both Spanish and English. She is sensitive to the needs of her patients and delivers excellent care in a compassionate and ethical manner.
Meet Dr. Zuly Fernandez
Dr. Zuly Fernandez, D.M.D, M.S.Ā was born in Cuba and immigrated to the United States with her family as a child. Raised in South Florida, she attended New World School of the Arts High School, Miami Dade College (Advanced Placement Program), Edison State College, and Florida Gulf Coast University. During her years in college, Dr. Fernandez served as the first Hispanic female student government president and founded her first non-profit organization ā Dental Adventures.
She later continued her studies in the field of dental medicine at the University of Puerto Rico where she earned the degree Doctor of Dental Medicine. Dr. Fernandez graduated with the highest honors and achievements such as the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Apex Scholarship and the Award for Outstanding Leadership and Academic Excellence from the American Academy of Women Dentist.
Dr. Fernandez went on to pursue two years of advanced education in general dentistry at New York University Langone Medical Center. In an effort to remain at the forefront of dental medicine, she pursued specialty training at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic hospital where she earned dual post graduate degrees in Periodontology and Masters in Biomedical Sciences. Ā Upon graduation, she received the American Academy of Periodontology Student Achievement Award; the highest honor given by the academy to a graduating periodontal resident.
After a decade of training, Dr. Fernandez has returned home to Miami where she will continue to treat and promote periodontal disease awareness and oral health.
Meet Anna
Anna is our Public Relationship Specialist. She is originally from Cuba and moved to Southwest Florida with her family in 2021. She is in charge of all our social media and community events. Anna loves furthering her education, especially when it comes to the digital and business field. She has a dog; it’s a Labrador retriever and she loves it with all her life. In her spare time, Anna loves to watch both action and romantic movies and series, go to the beach, travel and spend time with her family. She really likes sports cars and they have a Dodge Charger SRT, the car of her dreams.
Meet Erci
Erci has over 13 years of experience in the dental field. She has held many key positions throughout her career, from Patient/Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator and Billing Coordinator and has enjoyed helping patients achieve their best smile. In her current role as an Office Manager with Westland Dental Group, she is proud to be part of such an amazing and talented team. When not at the office, Erci enjoys spending time with her husband, two young adult and her dog Milo. She also loves spending time on the beach, traveling and exploring new places.
Meet Dili
Dili has been a part of the Westland Dental Group team since April of 2022. She has enjoyed watching the practice flourish over the years. Dili finds that working with Dr. Camejo & Dr. Fernandez and the staff has been very rewarding. She loves working with patients, helping them feel comfortable and accommodating their busy lifestyles. Outside of the office, Dili enjoys spending time with her extended family. As a family, they enjoy going in the pool or beach on the weekends, & she doesnāt have a dog š

Ana was born in Mexico, moved to SW FL 15 years ago. She has been in the dental field for about 3 years. Her passion for dentistry given her the opportunity to work in all fields of dentistry. She enjoys spending quality time with her beautiful daughter. When she is not working, you will always see her with her daughter enjoying outdoor activities or planning their next adventure.
Meet Yanelys
Yanelys was born and raised in Cuba. She has been in the dental field for about 18 years as a dental assistant. She loves to inform and educate patients on their options so they can make the best decision for themselves. Out of the office she loves to spend time with her family. She likes to cook for her family and friends. She loves traveling with her family.
